We are all settled into our apartment and loving NYC city life! Last night we decided to go out for a date night! Dinner and a Movie. How fitting the movie we saw was called the "The Kids are Alright". The movie nor the dinner was the most eventful part of the night to say the least....Jessi getting dressed was almost a deal breaker for us going out for the night. Now that the sickeness has gone away and Jessi's appetite came back the belly has begun to grow. Most women start to show around the 2nd or 3rd month, Jessi was upset becuase her belly was not growing and constantly asked the doctor if this was ok considering she had not gained weight. Well the old saying you get what you ask for was defintaly true in this situation. Out of no where it seems, all of Jessi's clothes did not fit! She tried on on every pair of pants/shorts she owns and almost had a break down while Tomasz kept pulling things out of the closet. We finally settled on a pair of leggings and a long shirt, and went shopping for maternity clothes today.Jessi could not bring herself to wear those ugly pants so we found something else!
We bought the best invention ever made for pregnant women....THE BELLA BAND!
The Bella Band allows you to wear your jeans/pants unbuttoned so that you dont have to wear maternity clothes just quite yet. It also supports your belly when you get really big.... and then after the baby comes supports while you are loosing the weight!
As you can see pants could not be buttoned.The Bella Band did wonders!
(Might I add these were my size 2 pants, which were always too big)
