Ela's first Easter! She did great in church... and then we went to dinner with my family! It was fun hanging out and Ela was quite the social butterfly! She is definitely a people watcher!
Then we moved to Brooklyn Heights which is across the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan. The area is in a much more family friendly neighborhood. It is full of parks and restaurants and much quieter. There is even stroller parking outside some restaurants! Perfect for us. We even met a few friends in the elevator. Check out the new place...Archstone Brooklyn Heights
Here is the view the park at the end of our street which is under the Brooklyn Bridge overlooking Manhattan.
Literally the day after we moved we went to Georgia for Ela's baptism. It was Ela's first flight and she did great! Our original flight ended up getting cancelled, but we lucked out and were able to fly standby on Airtran late that night. Not many babies can say they got to fly first class the first time they flew. None the less she did great and slept the whole time. Here's a picture from the way home.
Of course here are a few from the baptism. We were so excited to see all of our family but it was a long weekend!

The weekend after was my first mothers day! I have a whole new appreciation for my mom and all of the other Mom's out there! It is definitely harder than it looks but more rewarding than I thought it would ever be! Tomasz, Ela and I went out to dinner at the Davenport Press with my family. It was SO good! Ela bought me a white Iphone 4. I love it. The only problem is that she thinks its her toy that she can put in her mouth. I use it all the time to take videos of her! The Davenport Press
Happy Mommy's Day!
We have enjoyed every minute of our busy life! More importantly spending time with Ela together. It is so amazing how she grows and learns something new each day! Check in soon...Promise it wont be so long next time!
